Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at hello@wowethnics.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and share a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest courier partner location.
4. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size-related issues. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, customized or personalized orders, and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after we process the return.
